SHIPPING POLICY

Jenny K Tran ships worldwide with DHL Express and FedEx Express.

How much does delivery cost?

  • The delivery cost is estimated at 40 - 170 USD per delivery address, depending on quantity and location.

How long will my parcel be delivered to my address?

  • Shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 weekdays and is calculated from when the package has left the store. The shipping company doesn't deliver on weekends and local holidays.
  • We do not ship on weekends, so if an order is made on Saturday afternoon, it will be shipped on the coming weekday.
  • We strive to ship orders within 48 hours from successful payment time, but on special occasions (*), it can take longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the package is ready to be shipped.
  • In the situation that an item is temporarily out of stock or if an item is damaged and not ready to ship, you will be notified of the delay and the item will be dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available. If you don't accept the delay, we will cancel the order at your request. (**)
  • All shipping times are estimated, and delays can occur. We will try our best to assist you with any shipping delays caused by the shipping company or a 3rd party.

  • (**) Items will not be charged until the actual day of their dispatch.

Can I track my order?

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email about your ordering information, and receipt with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Please check your email accordingly.
  • If the recipient cannot be contacted, the delivery staff will take note and begin storing and holding the goods for the customer. The recipient will then be contacted and redelivered, the storage and redelivery policy will be implemented 3 times. After the above deadline, the courier company staff will return the order to Jenny K Tran.
  • In case it is the recipient's error, Jenny K Tran will pay a return shipping fee to the shipping company and will not have the responsibility to refund pre-paid money to customers.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

  • Local import duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. These charges are at your own expense. Jenny K Tran is not responsible for any delays caused by the forwarder or the local customs.
  • Jenny K Tran has no control over these charges and we can not tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • We will deliver the package to the address you provided. Commercial policies and mechanisms could impact delivery to your exact address.
  • It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Can I exchange my item?

  • We will offer exchanges if the error is due to our side delivering the wrong color, size, or design compared to the product the customer ordered. In this case, shipping costs due to exchanging goods will be paid by us.
  • In case you have a demand to exchange an item for a different size compared to the size you ordered, we will only assist you once and you have a responsibility to pay two-way shipping fees (a return shipping fee and a second-shipping fee).
  • We will send you the other items after receiving your return.

Can I return an unwanted item?

  • We hope you like the item(s) that you ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a full return within 03 days of receipt for any items that comply with our below conditions.
  • For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant complaint period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Conditions for requesting returns/refunds

  • The customer has paid but (i) does not receive the product, or (ii) does not receive all the products ordered;
  • The product is defective or damaged during transportation;
  • Jenny K Tran delivers wrong products to customers (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, etc.);

Note: To ensure customer benefits, please record an unpackaging video for proof.
All items must be unworn in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.


How to return

  • Returns must be approved via the above email address. When you have received an email with the approval, the return is good to go.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns not approved via the return request.
  • After approval, please package the goods carefully and ship them to us at this address:

NOTE

  • Please mark the order number that we provide you through email inside the package
  • We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • In case a return shipment is stuck in customs, they usually contact us concerning this, and we will handle this. Please note, that you will not be refunded before the item arrives at our store.
